BHBCo Smoothie Recipe --non-dairy base

3/4 cup almond milk, coconut water, or other                non-dairy milk of your choice
2 Tbs. Smoothie Powder (any flavor)
1/2 frozen banana
1 Tbs. almond butter

​Place all ingredients in blender;  blend for at least 30 seconds.  Pour and enjoy!

1 cup yogurt, kefir and/or milk
2 Tbs. Smoothie Powder (any flavor)
1 Tbs. maple syrup
  Additions/Variations:  
      1/2 frozen banana
      1-2 ice cubes
      1 Tbs. chia seeds

Put all ingredients in blender; blend for at least 30 seconds.  Pour and enjoy!
Even wilder variations are endless, so try adding turmeric and coconut milk, and/or cayenne, or go a more savory route with kale, basil and cashews.  Smoothie Powder makes a quick and easy foundation to building incredible ways to feed yourself!
