BHBCo Smoothie Recipe --non-dairy base

3/4 cup almond milk, coconut water, or other                non-dairy milk of your choice
2 Tbs. Smoothie Powder (any flavor)
1/2 frozen banana
1 Tbs. almond butter

​Place all ingredients in blender;  blend for at least 30 seconds.  Pour and enjoy!

Add a sweetener if you like, or try other types of nut butters or seeds --variations are limitless.  Smoothie Powder gives you an easy foundation for building incredible ways to eat and be healthy!
