![]() Here is our own recipe for a deeply nutritious smoothie with two of our favorite ingredients: wild blueberries, turmeric, and maple syrup (oh, wait....that's three of our favorites....) 1 cup raw milk 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1 cup frozen wild blueberries 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric 1 Tbs. coconut oil 2 Tbs. maple syrup Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth (at least 30 seconds).
